Tests of ERA-GLONASS emergency call devices,
satellite navigation equipment, technical control devices and tachographs

Testing of communication modules of telecommunication equipment (subscriber terminals)
The tests of the GSM and UMTS interfaces are carried out both in normal and in extreme climatic conditions in a heat and cold chamber.
The tests of the UWEOS tone modem take more than three weeks in automatic mode.
Functional testing
Functional testing of telecommunication equipment is performed using radio testers from Rohde & Schwarz CMW500 and specially developed programs for testing ERA-GLONASS devices. If products have a built-in antenna, then testing is performed in a shielded chamber.
Navigation receiver tests
To maintain the required accuracy, measurements are performed automatically once a second, and testing of one navigation receiver lasts more than 10 hours.
Electromagnetic Compatibility Tests
Tests for resistance to E / M field in a TEM chamber.
Electrostatic discharge tests.
EMC testing in an anechoic shielded chamber
Tests for intrinsic radiation of E / M fields and resistance to radio frequency E / M fields in large and small anechoic shielded chambers.
Full-scale tests of vehicles (crash tests)
- Catapult of impact tests of cars;
- A stand for executing a car strike (small catapult).
Roll-over tests of vehicles
Our tipping stand allows testing vehicles of categories M and N weighing up to 20 tons.
Sound quality tests in the vehicle cab
Sound quality tests are carried out using innovative acoustic measuring and control systems ACQUA manufactured by HEAD ACOUSTICS.
The acoustic test room allows testing incl. oversized vehicles.
Climatic resistance tests
Tests for resistance to heat, cold and high humidity.
Tests for a sharp temperature drop.
Foreign body and moisture penetration tests
Rain and splash test chamber.
Tests in a dust chamber.
Tests for resistance to mechanical stress
Shock resistance tests can be carried out with shock accelerations up to 100g.
Vibration stability tests are performed simultaneously in three planes using special equipment.
Wheeled vehicles testing
