Product conformity assessment to TR CU 004/2011

The technical regulation applies to low-voltage equipment put into circulation in the single customs territory of the Customs Union (low-voltage equipment is electrical equipment intended for use at rated voltage from 50 to 1000 V (inclusive) of alternating current and from 75 to 1500 V (inclusive) of direct current).

Conformity assessment of low-voltage equipment is carried out by confirming compliance in the form of certification and declaration. The list of technical means subject to certification is specified in the Appendix to TR CU 004/2011, technical means that are not included in this list, but which meet the requirements of the TR CU in terms of rated voltage and are not on the list of exceptions, are subject to confirmation of conformity in the declaration form.

With factory inspection and testing of product samples in an accredited testing laboratory

For mass-produced products, with factory inspection and testing of product samples by the manufacturer in a testing or accredited testing laboratory

For a batch of products, with testing of a batch of products in a laboratory of the applicant's choice in a testing or accredited testing laboratory

For mass-produced products, with production control by the manufacturer and tests in an accredited testing laboratory
