Impartiality Policy

Impartiality Policy of "CC Svyaz-sertificat" ANO concerning certification of products, services and management systems is as follows:

• Supervision of the activities of certification bodies regarding ensuring the impartiality, analysis and evaluation of the documents generated in the process of certification and other relevant information, which is provided by the Head of the Body on the impartiality of the audit, certification and decision making processes based on the results of certification.
  
• Inadmissibility of certification in the event of an unacceptable threat to the impartiality (such as, for example, the request for certification comes from a subsidiary of the Certification Body, being in full possession of it).
  
• Inadmissibility of certification work of another certification body.
  
• Inadmissibility of consulting services regarding certification by the Certification Body or any part of its legal entity.
• Inadmissibility of internal audits by the Certification Body or any part of its legal entity have certified its customers.
  
• Inadmissibility of certification of management systems by the Certification Body, which internal audits it carried out during two years after completion of internal audits.
  
• Inadmissibility of management system certification by the Certification Body at the customer for which the customer was provided with consulting or internal audits, if the relationship between the organization that provided consulting and Certification Body constitute an unacceptable threat to ensure the impartiality of the last one.
  
• Inadmissibility of transfer the right to carry out audits by the Certification Body to organizations, providing consulting services on management systems, as it constitutes an unacceptable threat to ensure the impartiality of the Certification Body. This rule does not apply to persons engaged as auditors on a contract basis.
  
• Inadmissibility of proposals of the Certification Body on the market of activities related to the activities of an organization dealing with management system consulting.
  
• Staff of Certification Bodies shall inform the top management about all known circumstances that may create a conflict of interest for them or certification bodies.
  
• Top management of "CC Svyaz-sertificat" ANO undertakes obligations to ensure impartiality when carrying out certification activity.
